SHIPPING RATES
The weight of the product multiplied by the cost per pound, plus a flat fee per order of $4.95 for UPS orders. There is a minimum total per order cost of $5.95.
All parcels will be shipped with tracking or delivery confirmation numbers.

ALL RATES SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. Last updated 1/27/06. There will be an additional $5.00 handling charge for address changes made after processing of any order has begun.
RETURN POLICY
If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product, please contact us before sending the item back. We guarantee that all products you buy are free of manufacturers defects or you may return it immediately for a replacement. If your item was damaged during shipment, either refuse the shipment so that it is returned to sender or please contact us and we will send you proper instructions on how to file a claim.
If you are not satisfied with your item, you may return it to us unused within a period of 30 days. Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned and refused packages, unless Peas 'N Cues made an error.
When returning an item, please make sure to use the original packaging with all accessories and owners manual. There is a 20% restocking fee on non-damaged items that are returned.
